Inspired by traditional sporting and field jackets, the Upland Jacket is a contemporary interpretation of outerwear originally designed for movement, utility, and life in the countryside. Drawing from classic hunting and gamekeeping garments, it combines practical detailing with a relaxed silhouette suited to modern everyday wear. Distinctive asymmetrical pocketing reflects this heritage: oversized lower bellows pockets with buttoned flaps provide generous storage for larger essentials, while mismatched chest pockets-a larger flap pocket on the left and a smaller utility pocket on the right-offer quick access to everyday items. This varied pocket arrangement echoes the functional compartmentalisation found on vintage hunting jackets, where different pockets were designed to carry cartridges, maps, permits, gloves, and other field equipment.

The name "Upland" refers to higher, inland terrain-open countryside traditionally associated with upland game bird hunting, where hunters pursued species such as grouse, pheasant, and partridge across rolling fields and rugged landscapes.
