White's Boots began in 1853, when Edward White opened a work boot shop in Connecticut. The company moved to Virginia's Shenandoah Valley in the 1880s and then to the Pacific Northwest to serve the lumber industry. It has been in Spokane, Washington ever since.

Daiki Suzuki took the original high-cut lineman boot down to a low Oxford, keeping the asymmetric reinforcement patch on the inner side.

How it is made

  • Hand-sewn stitchdown construction, lasted, welted and bottomed in Spokane, Washington
  • Built on the Northwest last: a deep toe box, wide through the ball and heel, and the lowest arch of White's lasts
  • Oil-tanned leather from the Seidel Tanning Corporation in Milwaukee
  • Vibram 2021 lightweight sole in Morflex rubber, with a leather shank
