We accept most major credit cards. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. If you have any problems placing an order, please contact us by email. 

Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.

Return and Exchanges

If for some reason you would like to exchange your purchase or return it for store credit, you may do so within 14 days of receipt.

The item(s) must be in new, un-worn condition with all original tags and packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. Nepenthes New York reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges for items that do not meet this criteria or that are deemed unable to be sold for any reason.

All collaboration and special release items, as well as discounted items and items purchased with a promotional code are final sale.

Please note that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
