A new sleeveless shirt cut on an A-line, with fine, generous frills used without restraint. Two cotton multi-stripes with lustre and body are used together. The frills are cut to random lengths, and the ones that run long are the point of it. It pulls on, and ties at the back neck with a bound ribbon. The armholes are wide and the cut is easy, so it layers over a long sleeve without trouble. It works as a set with the balloon pant in the same series.
