Notice Regarding Fake Websites and Counterfeit Products

We have recently confirmed the existence of shopping websites and social media advertisements that impersonate our official brand website. Products sold on these fake websites or by fake accounts have no connection with our company.

In addition in recent years a large number of counterfeit versions of our products have been circulating particularly in Asian regions. These counterfeit products may closely resemble the form and display of our brand logo but they differ significantly from our genuine products not only in design but also in quality. To prevent harm to our customers we are taking earnest measures to stop the manufacturing and sale of counterfeit goods. However we also ask that our customers carefully verify the authenticity of products before making a purchase.

If products are purchased from overseas there is a possibility that items infringing on our trademark rights could be confiscated by customs and may not reach the buyer. Please be especially cautious when purchasing items at unusually low prices or from unofficial online stores.

Furthermore importing or selling counterfeit products for commercial purposes constitutes trademark infringement and may be subject to legal action. Regardless of intent or negligence the importation or sale of counterfeit products that imitate our brand will be dealt with strictly under the law so please absolutely refrain from such actions.
